Just finished roasting the pig in the "Magic Box", 45 lbs done to perfection in just under 4 hours.
Something different for a graduation than the usual fare.
It smells great -- we seasoned with a traditional Cuban mojo (MO-HO).
Keep it in mind for a future event.
